Speyside Falconry terms and Conditions for Private Experiences and Gift Vouchers
Confirmation of Bookings also confirms acceptance of the following terms and conditions
1: All private experiences booked are confirmed upon receipt of payment which must be made on the day of booking
2: All paid bookings if cancelled up to 14 days prior will be refunded 70% of payment. Cancellations made 14-2 days prior will be refunded 50% of payment. Any cancellations 48 hours prior or no shows occur are non refundable. As you can appreciate we are in high demand and once your booking is confirmed we will turn away subsequent bookings for your date. As the diary fills quickly it is not always possible to reschedule.
Any no shows will be subject to full payment
3: Management reserve the right to refuse any booking, cancellation or re-booking.
4: All gift vouchers are to be paid in full on day of purchase, these are non refundable and no exchanges can be made.
5: Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and a expiry date will be printed on the voucher. Voucher codes as well as recipient name will be required to confirm a booking, It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the correct name is used. Any changes to already purchased vouchers will result in a £15 administration fee.
6: Under no circumstances will Gift Vouchers be accepted without voucher code or after expiry date.
7: Late Arrivals may be turned away, please call ahead if you anticipate a late arrival for whatever reason.
8: In the event of severe rain and/or winds that will affect sessions , in these circumstances bookings will be moved to the first suitable date. No refunds will be issued for natural occurrences or other factors that are out with our control
General Guidelines
1:All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and are the responsibility of that adult
2:Speyside Falconry will not be held liable for any injuries or losses sustained by any participant, spectator or vehicle during any of our experiences or sessions
3: All appropriate gloves and equipment will be provided and must be worn at all times whilst handling the birds. Participants must follow the advice and instruction of the Falconer, we are not liable for failure to do so that might result in injury.
4: No dogs or other pets are permitted, except guide dogs
5: Outdoor clothing and footwear is essential and we are not responsible for any soiling or damage to these during an experience
